Where do you provide your service?

We provide our cleaning services in Toronto, Etobicoke, North York, Richmond Hill, Yorkville, and Scarborough.

What type of cleaning should I choose when ordering for the first time?

We recommend choosing deep cleaning for the first time because we can remove all the old dirt, clean all the corners and refresh your home as much as possible, which is not included in regular cleaning. Also after the deep cleaning, we can keep your home clean with regular cleaning, and you get discounts for each subsequent cleaning. Favorable offer.

It is important to us that your home remains clean and tidy after our cleaning.

How do I book my cleaning?

Please visit our booking page and fill out the booking form, selecting a preferred date and time for your cleaning appointment. Enter your billing information and complete your payment. You will receive booking confirmation via email and/or text message.

Are your prices negotiable?

No, our rates are fixed and not open to negotiation. The pricing is determined based on the details you provide on our booking page.

What do you not clean?

We do not clean: Biological Waste, Questionable Odors, Insect Infestations, Personal Hygiene or Human Waste, Delicate or Valuables/Antiques.

Can I tip my cleaner? If so, how much?

Yes, you can tip your cleaner. There is no suggested percentage, whatever feels good to you. Any amount is appreciated.

Do I have to be home when the cleaner arrive or depart?

No, it is not mandatory. However, for first-time sign-ups, we encourage initial introductions as they contribute to building a friendly relationship with your dedicated cleaning specialist.

What If I’m not satisfied with my cleaning?

If you are unsatisfied with the service for any reason, please contact us promptly for further instructions. In the event of a re-scheduled clean, it is required to make the arrangement within 2 business days of the original appointment.
